Five Tri-Valley mayors take questions at Livermore chamber luncheon

The mayors of the five Tri-Valley communities, including Danville's Newell Arnerich, will convene for the Tri-Valley Mayors Summit luncheon at Garre Vineyard & Winery in Livermore on Thursday.
