The City of Dublin will convene two virtual community workshops to present and discuss architectural plans for the proposed Dublin Fallon 580 Residential developments, a pair of major townhome neighborhoods planned near Interstate 580 in eastern Alameda County. Scheduled for Wednesday, September 30 at 6:00 PM and Thursday, October 1 at 7:00 PM, the online informational sessions give local residents, neighborhood homeowners, and Tri-Valley commuters an opportunity to review the project scope and submit direct questions to municipal planners. City officials organized identical evening meetings via video conference to ensure broad public participation across the growing Tri-Valley community.

The proposed residential construction represents another substantial development milestone in eastern Dublin, bringing 238 attached family dwellings to a vital transit and retail gateway. Existing residents in surrounding eastern subdivisions have closely monitored neighborhood growth, expressing keen interest in potential effects on local traffic circulation along Fallon Road, classroom capacity in the Dublin Unified School District, and municipal park access. City development staff emphasized that community workshops allow prospective neighbors to voice priorities regarding architectural aesthetics, construction staging buffers, and community amenities early in the environmental review process.

The development site sits within the larger Dublin Fallon 580 Master Plan area, an expansive mixed-use growth zone approved by the Dublin City Council to accommodate state-mandated regional housing needs allocations. Under Dublin municipal planning ordinances, multi-family projects must secure formal Site Development Review Permits and architectural design approvals before ground can be broken. The Dublin Planning Commission will ultimately review the parcels to verify compliance with local zoning guidelines, pedestrian connectivity standards, and municipal climate action plan commitments.

Formal land-use applications submitted by developer GH PacVest encompass two distinct parcels: Parcel 7, designated as Tract 8666, proposing 128 three-story townhomes, and Parcel 8, designated as Tract 8667, proposing 110 three-story townhomes. Each contemporary residential unit features an attached private two-car garage, designated visitor parking stalls, landscaped common courtyards, private balconies, and drought-tolerant open space improvements. Municipal planning headquarters, located at Dublin Civic Center at 100 Civic Plaza, has assigned Senior Planner Gaspare Annibale to oversee review proceedings and answer resident inquiries by telephone at (925) 833-6610.

Following the conclusion of both virtual community meetings, municipal planning staff will compile public feedback into formal environmental and design review documents presented to the Dublin Planning Commission during upcoming public hearings. While both informational workshops cover identical technical content, residents are encouraged to log on to either session to view detailed architectural renderings and participate in live question-and-answer segments. Comprehensive project plans, site maps, and electronic meeting access links are maintained on the official City of Dublin Development Activity website.
